Almost 40 years ago, Executive Head Chef Prasert Janlar (left) started his cooking career as a Kitchenhand in one of Bangkok's finest hotels. Since then, his career has taken him all over the world where he has worked in some of the most exclusive hideaways and resorts including the famous Huka Lodge in Taupo, New Zealand. He has graciously shared his skill and experience with the owners of Silk who bring you his unique talents and creations to for you to enjoy.
